Treatment of personal data
We inform you that the personal data provided through this form will be processed by RAS-INTERIM, as Responsible for the processing of personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 General Data Protection (“RGPD”) and the Law Organic 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (“LOPDPyGDD”), with the purpose of initiating the investigation of the facts referred to in your communication and managing, where appropriate, the legal consequences that may arise from the inquiries made.
The identity of the informant will never be subject to the right of access to personal data and the possibility of communicating said identity is limited only to the judicial authority, the Public Prosecutor's Office or the competent administrative authority.

Purpose: The investigation of the reported facts and the management, where appropriate, of the legal consequences derived from the investigations carried out.
Treatments: The information provided will be used to assess whether there is basis and justification for the reported facts and proceed with the investigation, resolution and adoption of corresponding measures.
Origin of your data: The data provided directly by the reporting person and those derived from the investigation of the reported facts.
Legitimation: Compliance with legal obligations required in Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of people who report regulatory infractions and the fight against corruption and public interest.
Recipients: The data will be treated confidentially and will not be transferred to third parties, except in those cases in which it is necessary for the adoption of corrective measures of the reported facts, compliance with a legal obligation or requirement of the competent authorities in accordance with the procedures established for this. Likewise, they may be communicated to a collaborator if this is necessary for the execution and to process the complaint and/or procedure on their part.
Conservation: Personal data will be kept only for the time necessary to decide whether to initiate an investigation regarding the reported facts. Communications that have not been processed may be kept anonymously. In some cases, and due to specific regulatory obligations, this retention period may be longer in accordance with them.
International Data Transfers: The use of some international providers necessary for administrative management and/or digital presence may involve some eventual international data transfer; although our intention is that these do not leave the EU, EEA or similar.
Rights: Access, rectify, delete, limit, withdraw your consent at any time (in those cases where it is a basis for legitimacy) as well as other rights, as explained in the additional information. You may also go to the Control Authority if you consider that these rights have not been duly attended to (www.aepd.es).
